Focused quality management
Corporate Scope
Development of new technologies and the practical solution of challenging science and engineering problems for government and industry customers in the following areas: composite, sealant, elastomeric, ceramic, and other materials: air and ground Vehicle components, space power systems; structures and mechanical systems; flammability testing; impact physics; advanced manufacturing and cold spray repair technologies and other engineering disciplines.
Quality Policy
The University of Dayton Research Institute is committed to providing superior technical research and development activities that achieve or exceed our customers’ expectations. UDRI is committed to an environment of continuous improvement and will comply with customer, regulatory, statutory, and internal requirements.
Registrations and Accreditations
The seven research units listed below are registered to ISO 9001:2015, an international quality management standard. Members of these groups are guided by processes defined within our quality manual and by laboratory-specific standard operating procedures. The quality management system undergoes periodic third-party and internal audits and management reviews.
