Profile

Mary Miller serves as a Manufacturing Growth Advisor – Business Development for UDRI’s FastLane Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) program. FastLane-MEP leverages resources, removes barriers, and delivers positive results to assist small and medium-sized West Central Ohio manufacturers increase their competitive advantage. She has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of industries including component and capital equipment manufacturing, professional engineering services, operations management and contracting. Before FastLane she has held positions ranging from application engineer to chief operating officer to business owner, allowing her to work with all levels of an organization. Mary has a proven record in leadership including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, continuous improvement and business, leadership, and team development. She is especially effective at helping leaders turn around teams, businesses, and departments through advising and coaching.
